The Data and Report Analyst Associate reports to and is responsible for assisting the Data and Compliance Manager. Not only will you will be responsible for creating and running reports to measure compliance and adherence to Service Level Agreements, but will also be running reports and analyzing data to support Resource Planning for Work-Life and Financial/Tax teams (such as staffing, production, outbound calls, etc.) This position will also be used to support other projects and initiatives, such as data reconciliation between UCMS and eCMS, adhoc reports, etc. The Data Analyst Associate must possess strong analytical skills.Responsibilities:Analyzes data, formulates conclusions and recommendations, designs and develops materials, and evaluates effectiveness in accordance with specifications and models.Conducts research, data gathering, and technical reviewsProduces written deliverables to include reports, spreadsheets, databases, formal process mapping, technical design, system testing and implementation activitiesTroubleshoot issues in reports related to dataIdentify key metrics that will serve as tools of support for recommendation of action on various aspects of the businessWork closely with the Data Compliance Manager to assure standards are metProduction of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance, utilization, SLAs, etc.RequirementsJob Skills:Analytical skills experience dealing with large data sourcesFamiliarity in StatisticsMust have the ability to handle complex data using Advanced Excel skillsDecision-making skills with the ability to make recommendationsAbility to communicate dataSolution oriented outlook, formulating ideas, and questions current processesInfluence to promote and implement new ideasAttention to detailTime managementWork in a high-pressure environment especially during deadlinesRequired Education/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplineStrong English, verbal, and written communication skillsUS CitizenCovid-19 vaccinatedBenefits:401KPaid sick leavePTOPrevailing wagesFlexible scheduling options Powered by Webbtree
