Writes processes and procedures as directed. Assist with new implementations.Provides internal training and support on HR systems. Be a Super User of the system.Audits and monitors data integrity within the global HR systems. Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and timely data in the systems.Manages relationships with third party vendors for the HR systems.Performs a variety of skilled administrative support duties of moderate complexity in support of the HR team. This may include creating presentations, scheduling meetings and preparing related materials, and making travel arrangements.Maintains the strictest confidentiality and discretion in the performance of job duties.What you bring :Requires 2+ years administrative support experience preferably in a human resources department.Strong aptitude for systems and prior knowledge required. Experience managing and working with HRIS or other HR systems experience, preferably SuccessFactors.Associates degree in Human Resources or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Highly proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Certification in Office suite highly desired.Strong attention to detail is required.Ability to prioritize work, follow through on a variety of requests and meet required deadlines.Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.Bilingual language skills (speak, read, write) in Spanish English desired.Ability to communicate effectively using tact, courtesy, and good judgment while representing the Company in a positive manner.
