Primary Responsibilities:Reviewing, analyzing, and underwriting transaction opportunitiesAnalyzing the long-term viability of portfolio companies, their respective industries, the market for their products/services, their capital structure financing needs, and exit prospectsBuilding valuation models for funds and portfolio companiesParticipating in due diligence meetings with General Partners and portfolio company management teamsContributing to portfolio monitoring, including quarterly and annual portfolio reportingPreparing investment analysis for presentation to the firm’s Investment Committee Qualifications / Experience:1 to 3 years of experience within a relevant industry including: investment banking, private equity, secondary fund of funds, pension fund, family office, financial/management consulting or transaction servicesOutstanding academic achievements at a top-tier universityExcellent financial modeling and valuation skillsPassion for investingAbility to self-start, multi-task and punctually complete projects with exceptional attention to detailFluent English with excellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of additional languages a plus while not mandatoryStrong work ethic and interpersonal skills Powered by Webbtree
