As a Customer Service Representative at Faspems, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.Responsibilities:Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns.Handle incoming customer requests, including order processing, billing inquiries, and product/service troubleshooting.Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer complaints or issues by utilizing effective problem-solving and communication skills.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and pricing to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.Maintain customer records, update account information, and document interactions in the company s CRM system.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries or concerns and provide feedback for process improvement.Strive to meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and sales goals.Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven customer service experience or related work experience.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.Join the Faspems team as a Customer Service Representative and contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences while representing our company s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
