Accounts payable clerk

Responsibilities consist of a variety of general Accounting tasks that include:+ Accounts Payable invoice data entry+ Assist with processing weekly Accounts Payable checks+ Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.+ Maintain vendor relationships+ Reconcile Accounts Payable vendor statements+ Respond to inquiries from vendors and other departments+ Prepare various types of Excel spreadsheets for further analysisQualifications:+ Accounts Payable experience preferred+ Proficient in Word and Excel+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment+ Strong math skills+ Organization and attention to detail+ Outstanding Interpersonal skills Powered by Webbtree
