Sr open text vim consultant 5+year

Minimum five years’ experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experienceworking directly with internal/external clients· Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems,finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline· Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service deskmanagement· Strong technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications· Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills· Ability to scale projects from small to large· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and theability to articulate ideas effectively.· Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on andoffshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem.and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve. Experience:• 4 to 7 years hands on experience preferably with 2 or more End-to-End implementation cycles on VIM 7.5 and above versions.• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring the system and testing.• Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.• Sound knowledge on configurations in VIM – Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES/ Cloud Capture Center, and integration with SAP AP and other external applications such as Ariba.• Experience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)• Invoice workflow approval design.• Process Type determination sequence for different document types.• Configuring and managing exception handling.• Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios.• Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing.• Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is preferable for this role.• Experience in writing functional specification, Configuration rational and other project related documents.• Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
