Role : Senior Network Engineer Experience : 9+ years Location : Hyderabad/Remote Required Qualification: • Must IPT hands on Experience. • Experience in Design Implement and support cisco VOIP, Cisco contact center enterprises. • Expertise in Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting CISCO UCCE, VVB, UCCX, CUCM, Jabber, Unity, Cube, Voice gateway, UCAAS, Finesse and CUIC. • Develop and implement Custom gadget and CUIC custom reports. • UCCX Call flow development based on the customer requirement. • Experience on Cisco CVP Implementation Integration with ICM, CUCM, CUSP and VG Integration. • Experience on Outbound dialer (SCCP SIP). • Experience on Cisco Email Chat Enterprise Implementation and Troubleshooting. • Extensive knowledge in ICM Scripting. • Calabrio (QM WFM) cloud version. • VMWare Administration. • Network Windows Server Administration. • Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting. • Microsoft SQL DB. • Tools – RTMT, Cisco Collaboration Tracer Translator X, Wireshark, Cisco Diagnosis Portico. • JIRA, Confluence Installation Administration. • Experience with analyzing and applying Microsoft Security updates is a plus. • Competency to debug the Log’s and work with OEM whenever required. • Experience in analyzing the Log’s and find out the root cause. • ITMS Process, Change Management process. Soft skills:  Good communication skills (Written Oral)  Flexible to work in the evening shifts.  Individual and team player. Desired/Preferred qualifications:  Cisco Certifications are preferred (UCCE Specialist, UCCX, CCNA, CCNP, etc.)  Experience with Omnichannel applications(ECE,Outbound Option, SocialMiner, etc.  Familiarity and exposure to Report Customization with CUIC, Exony, Aceyus, etc.  Familiarity and exposure to any Cisco 3rd party products (i.e., Calabrio, eGain VIM,Verint,Nice, Nuance, etc.) Powered by Webbtree
