Job Title: US PayrollPrimary skills: 5+ years of experienceLocation: Hyderabad Processing payroll with Multiple frequencies like Bi-Weekly, Semi Monthly, Weekly for Multiple states.Having good knowledge on Work Force Now Application(WFN)Updating the Employees status on client’s request.Extracting the time sheets from third party application and importing it to WFN.Interacting to clients during the Pre Payroll call on the payroll challenges.Reconciling the Audit reports to check the accuracy of the data.Setting up employee master data profile (New hires)Processing Terminations and managing/changing all the employee demographic changes which involves W4, Direct Deposit, Cost Center, Salary etc.Updating Voluntary retirement and Medical benefit deductions like 401k Deferral, Roth, 401k Loans, Medical deductions (Pretax) and life insurance deductions (Post Tax)Extracting hourly employee details from Kronos time keeping system, validating the data and loading them into ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) for further processing.Running several pre-payroll transmittal reports to check the correctness and accuracy of the data entered.Working on several post payroll reports, like creating payroll funding request, Gross to Gross reconciliation, 401k related Journal entry and General Ledger files to be loaded into SAPUpdating Fidelity PSW (Plan Sponsor Web station) with new hires and terminations if any, also preparing/working on the 401k Deferral, Roth and 401k loan files.Handling employee queries.
