About the PositionThe position will be responsible for developing strategies and work plans to support the growth and vision of the organization by providing our clients the highest standards of services. This role will oversee overall client services development, lead the team in planning, implementation and operations of service initiatives and provide regular update and report to Executive Office.Roles ResponsibilitiesFormulate long and short-term strategies, business plans and performance goals for each service with sustainable growth.Monitor and achieve budget and business target of each service set.Ensure all resources are wisely and effectively spent within the approved budget.Provide guidance and motivate the team to achieve the targets, attract new clients and improve our services.Lead the team in providing reliable and sustainable services to clients at the highest level, and managing client relations.Partner with other business unit / functions in providing innovative initiatives to clients, as well as expanding our service scop and capabilities.Provide timely update to Executive Office on any service issue that may impact to the organization.Provide insights on industry trend, service scopes and design that we offered to our clients.Ensure 100% compliance on organization’s policies and guidelines, and regulatory and legislative requirements.Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.At least 10 years’ relevant leadership experience in animal services with track records in operational excellence, commercial, business development and account management showcases.Strong strategical, business, continuous improvement and service-driven mind sets.Client-oriented with a good sense on balancing client’s expectations, organization’s financial returns and internal execution capability.Strong business communication, people influencing, project management and decision making skills.Ability to develop relationships with people at various levels.Ability to work in a time-sensitive environmentInterested parties are invited to visit our website (http://www.spca.org.hk/) for more information about us.All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
