About the PositionThe position is responsible for assisting Membership Manager leverage new technology and data to build members acquisition and retention strategies. This will be an exciting opportunity for those with database experience to build a new customer journey for our members.Roles ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement membership analytics that build up our understanding of members’ profile, consumption patterns, and communication patterns.Create innovative lifecycle campaigns that grow and nurture our Members’ experience and follow through with its planning, implementation, result evaluation, and proposal-for-improvement stages.Leverage technology and analytics to help the organization improve efficiencies by attracting the right audience and improving conversion.Research current CRM trends and evolve our operations to align with best practices in the market.Understand market needs and adapt our Membership offers to remain relevant and fresh.Drive customer segmentation strategies to plan effective CRM communications and outreach on a regular basis.Provide administrative and analytical support to the maintenance, planning and development of the SPCA Membership program.Explore new channels to improve customer engagement level.Carry out any other duties as assigned by Membership Manager.Qualification RequirementsBachelor Degree in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.5 years or above in work experience, with at least 2 years of direct CRM experience and preferably with a B2C focus. Loyalty program management and implementation are considered assets.Digital savvy.Good team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong client facing and relationship management experience.Good organizational and administrative skill in managing projects.Independent with self-initiative and has a mature personality.Able to work under pressure to meet schedules and deadlines under minimum supervision.Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.Genuine interest in the welfare of animals.Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Candidates with less experience will be considered as the role of CRM Officer.Interested parties are invited to visit our website (http://www.spca.org.hk/) for more information about us.All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
