About the PositionThe position will be responsible for identifying more partnership opportunities, and supporting the organization of community events and campaigns, and creating engagements that generate more donation income and build stronger brand awareness.Roles ResponsibilitiesSupport the Business Development Manager in achieving financial targets set for each assigned fundraising projects and programs.Implement the digital marketing and social media strategies formulated, and support the team in the implementation, operation and outcome evaluation for each assigned projects and programs.Develop promotional materials (both digital marketing and social media campaigns).Develop new sponsors and explore new fundraising initiatives.Support formulation of proposals to secure sponsorships and donations.Manage the relationship with donors and corporate sponsors.Work together with other members of the team, and work towards the overall departmental goals.Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.Qualification RequirementsBachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or relevant discipline.Fresh Graduates are welcomed.Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines under minimum supervision.Good team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when and where required.Genuine interest in the welfare of animals.Interested parties are invited to visit our website (http://www.spca.org.hk/) for more information about us.All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
