About The PositionThe position will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality visual and multimedia content (photographs and videos) that align with the organisation’s brand and marketing goals.Roles Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the production process including pre-production planning, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.Adapt and optimize all visual and multimedia content for different platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, advertising, and email marketing.Manage and maintain all production equipment and software.Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicates the organisation’s message and values.Collaborate with different functions within the team including PR, editors, designers and project manager to ensure that all content meets the organisation’s brand standards and aligns with our overall strategy.Ensure that all visual and multimedia content produced adhere to copyright laws and organisation policies.Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary.Qualification RequirementsProven experience as a Content Producer with a strong portfolio of visual content.Demonstrates creative approach to storytelling.Proficient in photography and videography techniques including lighting, composition, and post-production editing.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.Basic motion graphic skill is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A good team player who is able to collaborate with different functions within the team.Understanding of copyright laws and best practices for intellectual property protection.Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content creation and optimisation.Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals.
