Successful candidates will perform the following.Develop P IDsPerform mass and energy balance calculations.Perform site investigations.Size and select pumps, pipes, ducts, conveyors, and other material handling equipment, process equipment, utility equipment.Generate engineering and construction documents, drawings, and specifications.Manage site construction activities including coordinating different construction tasks, supervision of various trade contractors, communicating with vendors, contractors, facility owner/operators.Manage project construction budget and schedule.Successfully manage the startup of process systems and their commissioningQUALIFICATIONS:Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:Four-year college degree in engineering with a major in Mechanical, Chemical, Bio-medical, or Civil engineering discipline5 + years of engineering experienceHigh level of competency with CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, or InventorHigh level of competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project softwareAbility to travel to project sites.Excellent communication skillsAbility to stay organized in the execution of project work.Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional team comprising designers, engineers, clients, contractors, and vendors.Must have a valid driver s license and the ability to travel up to 40% to local customer sites.
