The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that requires working from 4PM-Midnight Monday-Friday.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a large team of production workers, including monitoring and maintaining their performance and attendance.Develop and implement production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and efficient use of resources.Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless workflow and timely delivery of orders.Identify and resolve any production-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies and procedures.Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.Requirements:Prior management experience is preferred but entry-level managers will be considered.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lead and motivate a large team.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work from 4PM-Midnight Monday-Friday.Salary and Benefits:Starting salary for this position ranges from $40-60K, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and 401k retirement plan.Paid vacation time and holidays.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
