Its a plus.What you’ll do:Actively participates with other members of the delivery team (Product Manager, Product Owners, UX Designers, Dev, QA Analysts and other BA’s) to build solutions that meet business needs in an Agile setting (i.e., scrum ceremonies, collocated team, etc.)Brings the voice of the client (external/internal) into the Agile Development team. Understands customer needs and ensures customers are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussionsWorks with the team to decompose requirements into Jira Epics, User stories, uncover associated workflows, data and business rules as well as define acceptance criteria based on real world scenariosConducts design walkthroughs, demos and functionality feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholdersUses Splunk/ITSI knowledge while engaging with multiple parties to provide insights into our IT services and infrastructure, and ensure the reliability and performance of our systemsAnalyzes improvement requests and bugs to determine solutions that do not negatively impact other product featuresDetermines and produces just-enough documentation for the functionality being delivered in iterations, but also compiles a running specification that serves as a functional specification for the final deliverableFosters a culture of dedication, teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvementMoves project forward by stepping into other functional roles (testing, iteration management, etc.), when applicablePartners with internal stakeholders on operational readiness activities by sharing subject matter expertise on features and functions and uncovering operational requirementsAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; advances appropriatelyTalents needed for Success:5 years Product Owner/ Business Analysis/Solution Design/Software Development experienceStrong background in Product Management, Data Analytics, UI/UX, Dashboards, Wireframing, and User Story WritingUnderstands the broad uses of data within the organization and capable of creating solutions that improve the productivity of data usersKnows the client journey and client experience to evolve the product, identifies new insights and contributes to driving additional revenue through delivering enhanced capabilities.Experience in Agile/scrum methodology, including defining a minimal viable product, and exposure to other software development methodologiesCollaborative approach to problem solving and comfortable working with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and analytical skillsExperience in Splunk/ITSI, observability, monitoring and managing applications and infrastructure is a plus.
