The industries we serve include commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.Summary:Prepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set-up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.Responsibilities:Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignmentVerifies kits, enters Batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructionsUses appropriate mats and all required toolingChecks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performanceUses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervisionMay assemble a variety of systems integration subassembliesNotifies leadership of any shut down situationsEnters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unitEnters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when requiredAll employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified repair operationsUse manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervisionOther information: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of SI experience Ability to perform repair or test; Some heavy mechanical assembly Demonstrate good component recognition skills Understanding of basic computer skills Effective interpersonal skills Demonstrate high attention to detail Ability to work with diverse groups Participate in a continuous improvement activity Ability to read, write and perform basic mathEducation: High School Diploma or GEDGeographical Location: Arizona: Phoenix Powered by Webbtree
