Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements. · Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization. · Communicate status (written and verbal) to relevant stake holders as required. · Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least six, typically eight or more years related experience as a project team · Securities Services / Asset Servicing / Capital Markets and experience in business process change, system change. · Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required · Ability to work in a team as well as independently. · Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment · Technical skills focusing on SQL queries, XML, FIX and SWIFT message parsing, Agile, JIRA · Serve as the primary liaison between the business, its technology vendors, and the development team · Evaluate opportunities to implement technological enhancements to improve the efficiency of the business · Develop recommendations for vended versus in-house developed solutions · Provide guidance on technological solutions for new product offerings · Interface with technology development teams both onshore and offshore to design solutions to meet the needs of the business · Advocate for business support as new technological solutions are being developed · Troubleshoot support issues with vendors and the in-house support team as needed · Complete the necessary risk management oversight of all vended applications Thanks Regards Khaja Powered by Webbtree
