Company Profile esrhealthcare.com.mysmartjobboard.com Business Analyst Location: Delmar, NY 12054 (Day-1 Onsite - Hybrid) TIme: 8 to 4.30 pm EST Duration: 24+ months Contract Job Description * 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. * 84 months of business analyst experience * 84 months of experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts. * 60 months of experience in creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the as-is state and development of a to-be process. * 60 months of experience in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. * 36 months experience in evaluating business processes and working with business users to gather requirements for Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication. * 60 months of experience in writing reports, preparing business cases, and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders. * Business Analyst Certification is plus Day-to-Day Responsibility: * Documenting as-is business processes * Eliciting requirements from stakeholders * Facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback * Documenting to-be business processes * Documenting business requirements * Participating in JADD sessions * Gathering and analyzing data to justify the business need * Developing project business cases * Performing other general business analysis tasks as needed Regards Shiny Powered by Webbtree
