Remote work from any location in the US, is possible. Top locations include, Delaware, Utah or DC RESPONSIBILITIES:Train, mentor and oversee performance management for a department, coordinating workload of team members including Senior Account Managers leading client relationships, and ensuring teams are appropriately deployed to meet client needs.Financial responsibility for a portfolio of 50-100 captive insurers.Utilize expertise to supervise, and sometimes perform, critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines and related to accounting and insurance regulatory compliance.Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitor implementation.
