Apply that knowledge on engagementsPerform financial, operational, and compliance internal audit reviews and other special projects.Assist in planning the scope of work for each assigned engagementPrepare, organize and reference work papers for supervisory review; coordinate receipt of audit materials required to analyze, test and evaluate the entity’s control environmentProvide input to compliance requirements of key processes across the organizationConduct interviews and walkthroughs; identify control weaknesses / helps assess their financial or other impact, accounting/reporting deficiencies and/or business productivity/efficiency opportunities; discusses practical solutions with managementDocument process flow narratives, identify key controls, perform and review testing and document conclusions effectivelyWork with management to identify corrective actions for improvement given existing business and control risks and other cost-benefit considerations. Discuss findings with various levels of managementDraft audit report findings and Process Improvements for review at the closing meetingQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of solid Internal Audit experience, including Data Analytics experienceSuperior communications skillsDemonstrated experience as a continuous learnerAbility to draw insights from data analyticsQualities of a leaderStrategic thinking, sound risk appetite, influencing skillsExceptional communications skills, both written and verbal1.)
