Role: QA LeadWork location: HyderabadExperience: 10+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysSkill set: Automation Testing (Selenium), Payment Domain, QA LeadRoles Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of software products. This includes defining test objectives, test coverage, test cases, and test data. QA Lead should have several years of experience in software quality assurance, including hands-on testing experience and progressively increasing responsibilities in a QA role. Lead and supervise a team of QA testers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient coordination among team members. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports. Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and accessible to the relevant stakeholders. Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
