Position :AWS EngineerExp: 5 to 7 YearsLocation: HyderabadJob Description:Create infrastructure for dev,qa,prod cloud environments on aws cloud.Support existing AWS environments, monitoring health of environments using multiple enterprise tools, providing maximum system performance to users and sustaining system uptime standard. Implements and validates monitoring in deploymentsEvaluate customer needs, troubleshoot as needed, and engineer custom solutions; also formulate capacity planning and performance recommendationsParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotation and respond to callsRespond to customer support calls related to AWS environments, managing incidents within the ticketing system and resolving issues through troubleshootingEvaluate issues reported or observed, utilizing problem solving skills and attention to detail to resolve problems quickly and effectively and to proactively prevent problems, escalating as neededCollaborate effectively with coworkers and other departments in support of customer environments, meeting the customers’ needs quickly and effectivelyPrioritize and complete assigned duties expeditiously and within approved windowsEngage with AWS Support as neededStay abreast of latest AWS offerings and make recommendations to leadershipOther duties as assigned Requirements: At least two years of Hands-on AWS cloud engineering and administration experience5-6 years of total experience with System Administration and SRE Roles.Strong experience supporting the AWS stack - VPCs, EC2, S3, EKS, Availability Zones, Security Groups, ELB/ALB, Control Tower, CloudFront, IAM and similar technologies.Comprehensive understanding of AWS including AWS Command Line (CLI), current AWS product offerings and services, best practices and troubleshooting techniques, and experience providing systems administration and issue resolution for AWSStrong experience with Linux, Bash, SSHExperience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management systemsExperience working with Kubernetes and container orchestration.experience in AWS EKS Fargate and managed clusters is a plus.Experience providing issue resolution for AWS hosted applications. (Cloud native)Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an associate degree and equivalent work experienceExcellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same timeStrong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also taking the initiative to lead when needed. Solid understanding of basic networking principles, components and terminology.
