Role Responsibilities ● Act as the Infrastructure lead in the projects primarily for MAC systems, Wintel, Azure Active directory, AWS, DNS DHCP, MDM, SSO, Backup DR, Network and Security, monitoring compliance streams and overall end to end operations aspects.● Provide IT operations technical expertise advice and consultancy to the wider business closely watch the infrastructure vertical to meet the projects deadlines, any break fixes need to be addressed and resolved quickly● Provide oversight and governance of the design and implementation of Infra solutions ensuring they are suitable for the business and aligned to industry good practice● Act as an effective liaison point between the technical delivery team and the wider business for your SME area to support the overall migration● Translate the business/application requirements into technical specification to be supplied to the Managed Service Provider for implementation● Support the smooth migration of Infrastructure needs for various applications tools been used while implementation phase of infrastructure services● Assist with migration planning, preparations and cutover activities● Create high / low level designs for solutions so that we ensure solutions are delivered that meet our requirements● Participate in technical migrations from day 1 and as and when required● Collaborating with Managed Service Provider to ensure successful migration● Create Weekly monthly dashboards for the client internal management to get clear understanding where we are and what is anticipating if any expecting smooth operations in all IT verticals● Works with internal personnel to define service opportunities, and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectations.● Leads identification of business and technical requirements. Develops project work plans (scope) to meet client requirements.● Designs solutions to meet the clients complex IT technical requirements. Implements technologies and solutions based on designs.● Trains people internally on complex technology. Helps to develop technology practices while ensuring a personal specialization in one or more IT technologies. Other duties as assigned.● Skills● Extensive experience in designing and delivering MAC / Apple, Wintel infrastructure applications● solutions for a large environment● Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders● Demonstrates innovative thinking● Breadth and depth of knowledge of all areas of infrastructure● Proven ability to build infrastructure architectures from scratch● Passion for technology● Flexible to work on 24/7 shifts.● Thorough understanding of ITIL process Soft skills:● Good communication and presentation skills ● High integrity ● Problem-solving skills learning attitude ● Team player and Process Oriented Qualification: A Bachelors / Master s degree in Computer Science and Engineering Powered by Webbtree
