Apply now PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Recruiting product is the fastest growing product in Successfactors Portfolio. We have around 4200+ customer base. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management is a multi:tenant SaaS cloud offering. It is a multi:layered Java/JEE application that offers both desktop and mobile solution (iOS) users. This open position provides an opportunity for the individual to build new features in the product and will be working as part of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Development Team. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Execution of feature delivery including functional and non:functional requirements - Should collaborate with product management and work with other product teams to deliver key features - Design and implement high quality and high performing features. - Investigating complex software issues in the delivered product - Writing high:quality, testable, maintainable, and well: documented code. - Drive best practices and engineering excellence - Prefered to do Automation Development - Ability to write test strategy for the development done. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Bachelor/Master s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university with minimum 80 through out education. - Quick learner, willing to adapt to various competing priorities - Proficiency in data structures and algorithms - Strong focus on code quality - Exceptional design, analytical and problem: solving skills - Strong communication skills - Java Programming, REST API, Database Management, Automation, Cloud Development Tools, Monitoring and Logging, Agile Development. - Knowledge of SQL is desirable - .NET experience is a plus - Automation experience with Open source tools such as Selenium, TestNG and JUNIT is a plus. WORK EXPERIENCE - The individual should have an experience in the range of 7:8 years - Strong knowledge of database systems, proficiency in SQL and performance tuning. - Proven record of enterprise application development using Java/JEE technologies - Expertise in OOAD, design patterns, anti:patterns - Expertise in agile development practices with focus delivering testable code (Unit, Integration, System) - Proficiency in Cloud Computing (SaaS) - Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, REST API development - Proficiency in HTML, Java Script, OOJS, CSS and any framework like JQuery, Angular is an added advantage.
