Power apps support

We are currently seeking a Power Apps Support to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN:TG), India (IN). Roles and Responsibilities: : Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues : Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues : Experience in developing / Supporting the Power Apps processes / bots : Test, organize and report the progress of on:going issues on regular basis : Prepare and summarize customer input/comments on product features/capabilities for product marketing and planning : Having an understanding/experience in Automation Anywhere bot development is preferred : Support the Hyper care period after the go:live. Basic Qualifications: : Bachelor s degree in business or related field : 4+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps : Certification regarding Power Apps and Power Platform : Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures Preferences: : Experience working with development teams preferred : Experience in systems implementation, business analysis : Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts) About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
