We are currently seeking a ((Business Consultant)) to join our team in ((Bengaluru)), ((Karnataka)), ((India)). Product Lead/Owner Telecom JD Responsibilities : Organize workshops with various stakeholders to gathering and refinement of requirement. : Gather API requirements and also assess existing APIs for changes. : Building product roadmaps and monitoring the execution. : Review and monitor existing business processes and interfaces to identify potential gaps. : Design configurations, enhancements, conversions and interfaces . This may include customization and workarounds when the delivered functionality is not sufficient to meet the clients business process requirements. : Work closely with Designers, BAs and other technical team members to successfully complete the work within timelines. : Managing the backlog and ensuring that the issues are prioritized to work on by the team. : Work with AI/Chatbots for implementing solutions around telecom products. : Collaborate between cross:functional teams to ensure seamless implementation. : Support training activities to ensure delivering projects within the stipulated time frame while ensuring 100 quality. : Contribute in providing analytical data to support business decisions. : Support product launch and marketing in solutions, as per customers need. : Prepare documents for covering the RAID of the project. : Actively participate in team meetings; share information and make suggestions for improvements of processes. : Guide project management and service support areas, focusing on sustainable and scalable solutions. : Facilitate training and workshops, ensuring team and stakeholder alignment with project goals. : As an integral part of the NTT Data Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a business perspective. Experience/Qualification : 10:12 years of fulltime Product Lead experience (Product roadmap to Product launch) with an excellent command on communication skills. : Strong knowledge on API ecosystem and well versed with requirement gatherings and assessments of existing APIs. : Working knowledge of API monetization in telecom domain. : Experience in API selection based on consumption and impact. : Work experience in Telecom domain and messaging platforms : Very strong in Agile/Scrum principles and practices. : Candidate should have worked in all SDLC phase. : Experience in the use of corporate wikis and work collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA : Stakeholder management:client handling (Large scale /international clients) Nice to Have: : Work experience on chat bot : Work experience in Payments related area OR Very good experience in digital/Telecom frontend side : Website/e:com/Mobile App development.
