Over the last years a global collaboration network was established within ECS Delivery and the existing Service Providers, which enables, transparency, proactive mitigation of risks, learning and people development, informed decision making at all levels and agreement on End:to:End operation policies and KPIs. With new strategic offerings and new strategic Delivery Partners joining the Delivery Organization, we need to prepare for further extensive growth taking Service Integration and Management activities as well into account in order to fulfill our promises to our customers. What youll do This job position demands a role model in leading/showing a change behavior inside ECS Delivery and the colleague should be able to support organizational change activities. Whilst applying your skills in a professional manner, you will be : together with the DEC team colleagues : : : responsible for all aspects of further maturing the global collaboration network, while interacting with all colleagues in Service Delivery and all Management Levels : act as a role:model for Continuous Improvement and Change behaviors in ECS Delivery : maturing the personal development of your group of colleagues (community), to increase problem solving:skills and critical thinking : developing your community to enhance the adaptiveness in order to keep pace with the fast:changing Cloud Business The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication: : You will be supporting and helping the DEC Team colleagues in documentation, communication and in day:to:day change and project management activities. : You will support the teams in analyzing, enhancing and optimizing the delivery process from an End:to:End perspective which includes the team motivation to support Continuous Improvement of value adding processes. : You will closely align and work with the Delivery and Customer Units in the location from operations to mid:management level. : You are expected to build strong trustful relationships and solid reputations within the ECS Delivery Organization, other SAP IT areas and Delivery Partners to identify opportunities for improvement. : Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. What you bring : 4:6 years of overall IT experience : 2:3 years in IT Service Management : Good operational and services experience in a cloud services delivery environment. : Experience in working in intercultural context. : Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with highly complex/diverse situations that could cause significant impact to business. : Strong communication skills (English : verbal and written, excellent listening skills), proficient in business communication. : Knowledge around Lean principles and using structured problem:solving methods is a plus. : High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking : Self:Awareness (knowing yourself : your strengths and your weaknesses) : Good understanding of project management principles /agile project management and ability to drive projects to closure. : ITIL Knowledge is a plus. : Bachelor/
