To get there, we will need a results:oriented and passionate advocate for innovative data science solutions in the Customer Experience Domain. What You Will Do: : Be integral part of the team that builds scalable, self:serve data products and supports the whole Vista with customer experience insights. : Utilize diverse data sources, including text feedback, website behavior and shopping behavior data to provide a rounded view of the customer experience. : Leverage Generative AI models to summarize wealth of unstructured data into easy to access insights. : Collaborate with lead data scientist on improving existing models and adapting them to new business problems and new data sources. : Support team on an exciting journey of innovation and impact, leading the development and application of state:of:the:art data science models to tackle strategic and transformative challenges for Vista. : Embrace the opportunity to work with cutting:edge technologies and shape the future of data:driven solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. : Engage with business partners to collaborate around analytical project requirements, define success metrics, explain methodologies and results, and negotiate deliverables. : Bring new ideas to the table; take your idea and turn it into a full:fledged data product with the support of the broader Vista Tech and data team. : Contribute to a roadmap making customer experience data products a core capability at Vista. : Keep yourself up to date with the latest developments in the area of AI to help the team stay innovative and impactful. : Mentor and train junior data scientists and analysts. Your Qualifications: : Degree in Computer Science, Math/Statisticsor another related field : 3+ years of Data Science models development experience : Excellent programming skills in SQL, Spark and Python : Good understanding of key data science models and algorithms along with a comprehensive projects portfolio : Entrepreneurial mindset and experience launching new data products : Strength in clarifying and formalizing complex problems Nice to have: : Good knowledge of data visualization theory and tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) : Relevant work experience in an agile eCommerce environment : Comfortable working in a cross:functional team to productionize your work : Experience in GenAI (mainly LLM) and NLP overall : Experience with MLOps Why You ll Love Working Here: We strive to give you everything you need to learn, grow, and succeed and take a step forward in your learning journey : and your life.
