WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Senior Triage manager in our team, you will be focused on customer issues/escalations for the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile product You will help troubleshoot the customer issues with minimal guidance from the other stakeholders including Product and Engineering and find if the issue is valid or not. This will help Product and Engineering focus on valid customer issues You will also be offered the opportunity to influence the focus of areas of improvement, drive overall Triage process improvements across the entire Mobile product WHAT YOU BRING: 2+ years of overall experience in iOS/Android application development/testing 3+ years of Program/Project Management Expert knowledge of computer science or related field, with strong competencies in software design Ability to communicate effectively with Senior leaders from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Customers, and other team members Ability to troubleshoot Mobile customer issues with minimal support from other stakeholders Monitor/provide regular updates on customer issues.
