What you will do As part of SAP Product Support, you will be working on supporting our customers who are using SAP S4HANA Procurement module (SAP S4HANA Private Cloud Edition and OP releases). Primarily, you would be handling their issues related to logistics, inventory management, invoice verification, purchasing, and their configurations with many more tasks as below: - Analyze and resolve customer issues - Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for customer problems - Provide direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System (ABAP debugging, Fiori analysis, verifying of complex customizing) - Work effectively with colleagues and customers from all around the world - Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for corrective action - Extend the internal and external Knowledge Base - Act as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution and capture customer feedback to influence process/product improvements. What You ll bring - Experience in Logistics, MM / SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement - Experience with SAP ERP Systems - ABAP Programming skills - Experience in cloud computing is a plus - Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities. Enjoys and thrives on performing multiple tasks and responsibilities at once - Knowledge of logistics and production processes is an advantage - Strong ability to capture a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues - Ability to successfully troubleshoot and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
