Qualification/Experience: B/M/MBA Finance : 1 to 2 years Job Description and Skill Requirement: To support the investor relations team with: Investor Queries : Response to questions from retail investors : de:mating physical shares, processing unclaimed dividends, lost and duplicate shares, name corrections on share certificates, transfer of shares. To work with IPEF (Investor Protection and Education Funds) requests : Check and complete documentation includes verification of unclaimed dividends and shares. To co:ordinate with the RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agents) on ensuring completion of documentation after legal validation. Skills: Strong communication skills : Oral and Written Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision Ability to work in a team: based environment and to interface with internal/external customers Technical: Basic Excel Understanding of the stock market, terminology used by investors.
