Our multi:disciplinary team includes researchers, UX and visual designers, and design evangelists. In your day:to:day, you will: : Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution. : Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create cohesive, best:in:class experiences to our most challenging and high impact areas. : Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and more experienced designers at a strategic level to frame what should be built and how to get there. : Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development. : Participate in every facet of the product development process: product ideation, usability research, rapid prototyping, visual design, as well as coding and content integration. : Help translate business product goals and requirements into cutting:edge design concepts. : Help create and review UX effort estimations for new projects with unclear scope, ambiguity, or high complexity. : Work with Design Infrastructure team to leverage the latest design system and contribute to its continuous innovation. What you bring: : Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX and Product Design : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields. : You should be proficient in industry:standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Mural, etc. : You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions and excellent understanding of fundamental design principles and information architecture. : You have professional experience with a strong UX and interaction design background, as well as a track record of shipping high quality products. : You have outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills that enable you to successfully drive projects and topics on a global scale. : Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations. : Experience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutions. : Fluency in both written and spoken English.
