Apply now What you ll do :Delivery of premium engagement remote and onsite assessment and expert services : Safeguard and Support customer teams in delivering critical projects : Helping customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution. : You are expected to have high willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases. : Willingness to travel on short notice (primarily within India and SE Asia) for varying durations. : Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex implementation What you bring : 5:10years of experience in HCM (On:Premise) / SF. : Exposure to custom operations and functions in payroll or time schema will be an advantage. : Functional knowledge in the field of SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management (positive or negative), PA, OM, Personnel Development modules. : Atleast worked in one implementation project. : Should be able to relate and translate functional requirement into a technical development. : Should have prior experience of working in the area of ESS / MSS /HR Renewal from a functional perspective. : Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders satisfaction.
