About the position: Your role involves selling and promoting our cutting:edge products within a defined geographic territory. Be a key player in achieving our sales goals and directly contributing to the companys revenue growth. Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities: : Conduct strategic sales calls to current and potential customers, aiming to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas. : Implement effective sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing needs to promote our offerings to hospital personnel and physicians. : Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement action plans based on sales figures and reports. : Gain insights by observing procedures in Endoscopy labs and operating rooms, understanding the nuances of physicians and lab staff. : Develop strong relationships with hospital personnels, making new contacts and identifying key decision makers for future sales opportunities : Respond to customer needs and complaints with creative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. : Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentationsand demonstrations. : Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and documented quality processes. : Collaborate with Channel Partners to optimize stock balance and develop action plans based on sales figures. Your Experience: : Graduation with a minimum of 4 years of healthcare sales experience or MBA/BE. : Fluency in Tamil and English. : Proven track record in sales for experienced candidates. : Willingness to travel across the assigned geography.
