Job Description: Senior UX Designer (PR2) Are you a creative and talented UX Designer looking to make your mark in the Information Technology and Services industry? If you have a passion for user:centered design, an eye for detail, and the drive to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, we want to hear from you As a Senior UX Designer on our team, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience and visual design of various Enterprise applications in Cockpit ( Enterprise application predominantly focusing on B2B and internal users ) within Ecomm Domain such as Order details, ability to manage custom order flow, manage cancellations, complaints , wallets, alert management etc . Your work will involve collaborating closely with cross:functional teams to understand user needs, conducting research, and crafting industry standard design concepts. TRIVIA: eCommerce adoption has never been higher, with 2.3 billion of revenue now flowing over those systems Youll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from brainstorming and sketching initial ideas to building prototypes and conducting user tests. If you enjoy solving complex design challenges, thrive in a data dense, technical, fast:paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: : Collaborate with cross:functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define and prioritize user requirements. : Dive into user research to gain insights into behaviors, needs, and pain points. : Craft quick prototypes, and visual designs that effectively convey design concepts and solutions. : Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience. : Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the design process and deliver top:notch designs. : Work hand:in:hand with developers to ensure designs are faithfully implemented, delivering the intended user experience. Requirements: : A proven track record of designing successful software solutions and enhancing user experiences. : Demonstrable Strong problem:solving skills and a knack for creative thinking. : Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro : Good communication skills, enabling you to effectively present and justify design decisions. : A strong grasp of user:centered design principles and methodologies. : Prior experience designing systems within Ecommerce environment : Experience in user research and applying findings to drive design decisions. : A Bachelors degree in Design, Human:Computer Interaction, or a related field would be good (It s okay if there s no formal design education) If youre excited about the prospect of this role and believe youre a great fit, wed love to hear from you Join our team and help us create outstanding user experiences in the tech world.
