We are looking for a CQ Developer for one of our esteemed Clients for BangaloreLocation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Adobe AEM (CQ5) development projects. Designing and developing AEM websites components and solutions. Bring the team up to speed on concepts in Adobe CQ. Solid experience with AEM/CQ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and CQ5 development and deployment process using Maven. Should be able to handle production/critical issues and perform advance level troubleshooting. Consult with business users, analysts, project managers to establish specifications and agree on time frame for completion of assigned requests. Write detailed description of user needs, Review specifications with project manager and business user to ensure compliance with requirements. Assist less experienced staff in user specifications, coding, testing, and debugging. Assist with thought leadership and in driving web platform technical strategy. KEY SUCCESS FACTOR: Helping development team in resolving technical issues. High quality and on:time delivery of projects and CRs. High performing websites. Making best use of AEM platform for ease of content update and publishing. MAJOR CHALLENGES: Tuning AEM platform for performance and stability of critical parts functions. Troubleshooting complex issues in custom components and external integrations. Tech Skills: AEM / CQ Java JSP OSGi framework Apache Sling JCR OOP Design patterns Apache Web server SQL AJAX JSON Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
