Qa manager 10+ years for a fastest growing online gaming company

We are looking for a QA Manager for one of our esteemed Clients forBangalore Location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team to test multiple components and meet testing demand for a growing company. Ensure highest quality product delivery and define metrics to measure progress for the team. Explore the latest and greatest that can be used to implement and improve the objectives. Collaborate with business teams to understand product vision and requirements. Have full knowledge of all the components and their role in the entire system. Use this knowledge todevelop QA road map that fits organization strategy. Provide hands:on technical guidance to the team. Excellent communication and influence skills. REQUIREMENT: 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and 4+ years of experience in leading a team. BE/B. Tech. or MCA from a reputed University, AND significant recent experience in product development companies. Must have strong background in test automation. Must have strong knowledge of API testing and performance/stress/non:functional testing. Must have good experience with Java programming language. Should have good knowledge in Agile Methodologies, along with conventional SDLC s Should have experience in testing on desktop browser. Good to have experience on mobile browser and native applications. Experience in Test Scripting, Execution and Reporting according to the requirements.
