Senior manager hr operations 10 18 years for a cloud based solution provider

We are looking for a Senior Manager : HR, Operations for one of our esteemed Clients for Bangalore ,India Location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and lead the People Operations team in the daily people operations ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Propose and implement process efficiencies to ensure highly accurate, compliant and efficient HR practices. Ensure efficient facilitation of benefits plans and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers. Manage the new hire on:boarding process and work closely with Talent acquisition team to ensure Tier:1 experience for new hires. Key participant in Workday deployment. - Work with HRIS for audit and accuracy in employee data and payroll process. Support all strategic HR initiatives identified for the business. Keep updated on changes in laws, regulations and guidelines; share information appropriately and ensure proper HR ownership for compliance. MIS Reporting on all HR processes on quarterly, bi:annual and annual basis for executive presentation. Develop and implement mechanisms to proactively gather feedback and voice of the employees. Analyse the feedback and action items to be tracked to closure. REQUIREMENTS: Master s or Bachelor s degree in Human Resource, Business or related majors. 10+ years experience in an HR role with operations focus and team management. Experience working in a global organization and start:up environment preferred. Strong understanding of human resources policy, practice and legal regulations. Demonstrated experience with general HR administration and benefit management. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and lead change, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems. Experience working with senior executives, multiple groups, multiple geographies and complex environments. Must have strong knowledge of HR systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar system. Expert communication skills and experience partnering with executives and translating high:level directives to direct reports.
