Game producer 5+ years for a fastest growing online gaming start up company

We are looking for a Game Producer for one of our esteemed Clients for Bangalore Location. RESPONSIBILITIES : Be responsible for the timely/on:schedule delivery of each project, without compromising on quality. Prepare the entire project:wise production schedule (from conceptualization to post:release) with well defined milestones that are clearly communicated. Ensure that schedule and milestones are being adhered to. Identify risks/bottlenecks/dependencies and prepare escalation/mitigation plans as applicable. Monitor budgets and ensure their adherence. Facilitate coordination and communication between the various cross:discipline stakeholders involved. Be in charge of laying down highly efficient production processes and ensuring their adherence. This includes using software tools to streamline and improve efficiency. Maintain and periodically evaluate key production related metrics to gauge performance and identify areas for improvements. Maintain a regularly updated dashboard that gives management and key stakeholders visibility into the current status/progress of each tracked project. Motivate the team to deliver their best and go that extra mile to meet business needs. SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of production experience with one or more complete software development cycles in a production role. Prior experience in mobile game production preferred. Excellent project management skills. Must be able to prepare and present detailed project plans. Good knowledge of task tracking software (e.g. Jira) and proven ability to quickly pick up new tools and softwares. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a fast:paced cross:functional team environment is a must. Must have experience interacting and managing production for a development team (front end/back end programmers and QA). Must be very organized, process oriented and have a constant to drive to improve. Excellent interpersonal, people management, conflict resolution and problem:solving skills. Positive, proactive attitude with a will to deliver quickly without compromising on standards. A strong passion for games and ability to critique them is a plus.
