Oracle HCM Techno functional consultant In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end to end implementation experience on Oracle HCM cloud.The candidate must have excellent configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts: Core HR - Configuration of Organizational StructuresAbsence Configuration Fast Formulas, RulesOTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas Payroll elements configuration - payments deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank AccountsCompensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc.Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalitiesPage personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts Powered by Webbtree
