Job Descriptions: Develop performance test strategy a planWork with the project manager to provide timely update on status of performance testing activitiesDesign and execute Performance tests using tools like Loadrunner, JMeterAnalyse performance test results and identify performance bottlenecksPrepare and review final performance summary report and present to all stake holdersEnsure that performance testing issues are identified and tracked in a timely mannerObtain appropriate sign offs at various stages of performance testingJob RequirementsMinimum 5-6 years experience in End to End performance testing performing software testing or related functionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in quick-paced Agile environment and SCRUM team formatExperience working and setting up performance testing tools e.g. LoadRunner/JMeterStrong hands on skills to develop, validate and review performance test scripts and scenarios with tools like Loadrunner/JMeter.Experience with performance monitoringGood to have:Experience in financial and Banking domainPerformance Engineering experienceDevelopment experienceExperience with project planning, estimationsExperience in testing web front/backend applications, mobile-web applicationsExperience with cloud Powered by Webbtree
