5 to 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least 10 to 20 end-to-end implementations in RCM/RMK/ONB 1.0/2.0.Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB).Hands-on experience in customizing RCM data models and configuring On/Offboarding processes.Experience in creating panels, designing and mapping PDF forms, and configuring new hire activities.Good knowledge of On/Offboarding processes, including feasibilities and limitations.Experience in setting up requisitions, candidate profiles, application and offer templates.Knowledge of recruiting processes using SF RCM capabilities.Experience translating client business rules into technical business requirements.Integration experience with recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.Experience in integrating RCM, ONB, and Employee Central (EC).Experience with Position Management integration with RCM.Experience in configuring company-specific content pages (Benefits, About Us, Diversity, Employee Willingness).Experience in creating search pages and interactive job maps, including SEO pages.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative to solve problems, and overcome roadblocks.Project-specific travel may be required.
