Job Title: Oracle Apps Technical ArchitectExperience Level: 14+ yearsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Contract to hire , 3+ year ProjectCompany: Voco TechnologiesResponsibilities:Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical concepts, including PL/SQL, Reports, Oracle Workflows, and AOL. Understanding of Forms, business events, OAF, Webadi, APEX, ADF, and their usability.Analyze client requirements, translate them into technical designs, and propose appropriate solutions.Lead the technical team, provide guidance in code development, and take ownership of delivery within SLAs.Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the quality check of developed components.Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of at least two end-to-end implementation projects.Communicate effectively with functional consultants and clients to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Possess high-level functional and process flow knowledge in core areas such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 14 years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical architecture and development.Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities.Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.Certification in Oracle EBS or relevant technologies is a plus.Knowledge of Infosys methodologies and practices would be advantageous.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
