Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS implementations and enhancements.- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using Oracle EBS tools and technologies, including Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, and OAF (Oracle Application Framework).- Customize and extend Oracle EBS applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Perform system configurations, data conversions, and integrations with other systems using Oracle EBS APIs and interfaces.- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including developers and functional consultants.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS technologies, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 12 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS R12.- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS technical components, including Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, and OAF.- Proficiency in Oracle EBS development tools, such as Oracle Developer Suite, Oracle JDeveloper, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, data models, and underlying database structures.- Experience with Oracle EBS modules, such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Manufacturing.- Proven ability to design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle EBS.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Oracle certifications in Oracle EBS development or related areas are a plus.If you are a highly skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and have a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.
