Key Accountabilities: · Channel Partner onboarding training ie conducting arranging regular Channel Partner Trainings on ideaForge Products, new offerings, USPs, etc· Knowledge Management for Partners (Price Lists, Territory Planning, Marketing Material, Latest offerings, Promotional Schemes, etc)· Running Channel Partner Marketing Schemes pan India· Creating email flyers for channel partners and other relevant content (presentations, etc) as when required for knowledge dissemination trainings· Owning managing channel partner related data, projects events· Collaboration with multiple functions (Marketing, Product Management, Finance) to ensure that committed deliverables happen on time · Ready to take new responsibilities as per the need of the hour Qualification Key Capabilities: 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales/event management/content creation. Preferably from event management or content creation industry. Experience of handling technology industry clients would be an added advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfortStrong at negotiations, conflict resolutionShould be good at creative writing, Adobe Photoshop or other similar tools A team worker with strong experience of collaborating with cross functional teams driving outcomes thru them well within deadlines· Flexible to work in a “start-up” environment where not all systems, processes are completely evolved.
