You will be a part of the collaboration with our blockchain partners such as Polygon, Solana, Ethereum, Binance, Avalanche, and others as we strive to push the boundaries of possibility in the gaming realm. Job Title: Tournament and Community Manager Capacity: Manager / Asst. Manager ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize regular web3 gaming tournaments across various titles hosted on the Aura platform. Collaborate with game developers, sponsors, and partners to enhance the tournament experience. Innovate tournament formats to offer unique and engaging experiences for participants and spectators. Manage tournament logistics, including registration, rules, schedules, and prize distribution. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active user base. Plan and execute community-building activities, such as AMAs, live streams, and various engaging campaigns. Develop and maintain a tournament calendar and plan tournaments and activities at least 1 month in advance. Foster positive interactions among community members and encourage user-generated content. Address and resolve community-related issues promptly and effectively. Gather feedback from the community and participants to identify areas for improvement in tournaments and community engagement. Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements based on user suggestions. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the community through various channels. Act as a liaison between the community, game developers, sponsors, and internal teams like tech, product and business within Aura. Recruit, train, and manage a team of moderators to ensure a respectful and inclusive community environment. We are looking for someone who has 4-5 years of experience in community management in gaming industry and loves to plan and organize activities.
