DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coding Data Analyst to join our team. As a Coding Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and coding data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in coding languages, has a strong analytical mindset, and is able to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret complex data sets using coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Develop and maintain data coding protocols and guidelines to ensure data consistency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide analytical solutions.Clean, validate, and transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.Conduct data quality checks and perform statistical analysis to identify data anomalies.Communicate findings and recommendations through clear and concise written reports and presentations.Stay up-to-date with the latest coding languages and tools to improve data analysis efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.Strong programming skills in coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with data modeling and data manipulation techniques.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Analytical mindset with a passion for interpreting and uncovering meaningful data insights.
