Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that they have a positive experience with our products and services.In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, both over the phone and through email. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to effectively and professionally communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the appropriate solutions.
