Due to the level of access required, this position reports directly to the CEO.Location: 100% REMOTEAvailable Shift: 25-30 hours per week (Monday to Friday).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for assisting in key areas of bookkeeping, banking reconciliation, A/R A/P management, tax prep, payroll review, and data entryRecord data and maintain company spreadsheetsMaintain an accurate record of financial transactionsRecording of debits and credits in the accounting systemAccount reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactionQUALIFICATIONS:REQUIREDMINIMUM 2+ years of experience in fields of administrative support to accounting, finance, or similarStrong understanding of Real Estate Investing strategiesStrong understanding and practices in Quickbooks MS ExcelYou are experienced in the processes of bookkeeping, payroll, and monthly- and year-closing.Ability to identify and recognize the risks that could harm our business and activities.Demonstrated ability to successfully present financial goals, plans, and objectives to financial institutions and the C-Suite.Able to efficiently use financial data mining analysis toolsExcellent communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Commitment to upholding the company’s mission and vision to the community.
