Summary:The Veterinary Assistant provides support to veterinarians in the healthcare and medical industry through animal healthcare and treatment management. They are responsible for cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment, preparing animals for surgery, administering medicine, collecting samples, monitoring vital signs, maintaining animal records, and updating stock lists of supplies and medications.
